From August on we usually spend time with the carob and olive picking. Guests can, if interested, be part of this activity. Once the olives are picked we take them to the press and receive our own olive oil. We have some future projects still within agriculture, for some rather "original" products. We already did the test to see if these products would grow in our region and they did… So it is just a question of time to start developing a different type of product and soon organize workshops for our clients.
